I may be new to the blogging world, but I am far from new to the student body of Florida Atlantic University or the burrowing owls. Most of the country is unfamiliar with our school, or is only familiar with a name they may find synonymous with Howard Schnellenberger, the coach of the Owls division 1 football team.
What is even more important than our not always successful sports teams is the student body. FAU is comprised of a uniquely diverse student body, which despite our lack of size or prestige, never fails to shock the public.
